During this year, make your life like someone who lives righteously. Your life will be better and those who see you will be affected too. Work to be:
- Like Paul, forget those things which are behind and press forward.
- Like David, lift up your eyes from which your help comes.
- Like Abraham, trust in God always.
- Like Enoch, walk in daily fellowship with your heavenly Father.
- Like Moses, suffer rather than enjoy the pleasure of sin for a time.
- Like Job, be patient and faithful in all circumstances.
- Like Joseph, turn your back on all evil advances.
- Like Gideon, advance even when your friends are few.
- Like Andrew, strive to lead others to Christ.
If you live this year like these men, you will be a better Christian and a better person. In turn, that will hopefully make other people turn to Jesus Christ.
