If Christ’s blood is able to remove all sins,; and there are no conditions to salvation (per Calvin) then everyone would be saved. But the scriptures clearly teach that most people will be lost. Faced with this problem, Calvin believed that Jesus only died for the elect He had chosen from eternity to save.
