If one is of the elect, since he can do nothing to save himself and is totally inclined to do evil, God must act on his heart miraculously to cause him to believe. And when God gets ready to save that sinner, He sends His enabling grace into the sinner’s heart to cause him to believe and the sinner cannot reject that grace God sends.
