070 God's Two Laws of Pardon
God has two laws for forgiveness because sinners stand in two different relationships to Him. There are those who are sinners who have never been part of God’s kingdom. There are those who become part of God’s kingdom but who sin as well. Both groups need forgiveness and Jesus provides for that forgiveness.
